Every recording is read through as it arrives: silence, background noise, an empty message or two messages in one file each get a flag. You listen where it matters instead of playing all forty from start to finish.
Cleaned up without a studio
Take out the noise, even out the volume, trim a hesitant opening or a long silence, or split one recording into the two messages it holds. Everything stays reversible until you are happy with it.

Boothcore turns each recording into a video: a waveform that moves with the voice, in your colours, over the event's own background photo. Ready to watch, download and share.
How it works
Upload the recordings
Drag the files from your guestbook into an album. You immediately see the waveform and length of every message, and where something needs a listen.
Listen and fix
Play them back, trim the start or the end, take out noise or even out the volume. If one recording holds more than one message, split it in two.
Choose the look
Pick a waveform style and colours, and put the event's own photo behind it. Set it once as your house style, or give one album something of its own.
Let the films be made
One click and the videos are made. That happens in the background, so you can close the screen — they are waiting for you when you come back.
Share with your customer
One link to a listening page in your own style, with a password or an expiry date if you want one. Your customer listens, watches and downloads everything.

audiotone.app is becoming part of Boothcore. Everything you know from AudioTone is here: the albums, reviewing and cleaning up recordings, the waveform videos in your own colours, and the private link for your customer.
What changes is everything around it. An album hangs on the customer and the event that are already in Boothcore, and you run it next to your quotes, your planning and your invoices — with one login. If the guestbook is all you want, that works too: an album does not need an event.
Built for a guestbook at a party
What comes in is not a studio recording: room noise, a handset going back down, a guest who says nothing. That is what this is built for.
The handset going back down
Teach Boothcore the sound of your own handset and it recognises the recordings where nobody said anything, and the click at the end of a message. You stop throwing away a real message because a hundred empty ones sat around it.
In your colours
You choose the waveform style, the colours and the background photo, with a dark wash over that photo when the waveform would disappear on it. Set it once as your company default, or give a single album its own look.
One link, and you keep the key
The listening page sits on your own address and wears your style. Put a password on it, give it an expiry date, or withdraw it — the old link stops working that same second.
With the right booking
Link an album to the customer and the event, and it sits with the rest of that booking. That is how you find last year's recordings back without digging through folders on a drive.
